ChefAlarm® Cooking Alarm Thermometer and Timer

Personally i have many TW products, the ChefAlarm was a gift from my brother-in-law and got me started with y'all. . . I have only been disappointed twice, with the dishwasher unit and the zipper-pull unit. . . . all of the cooking models have been great, ThermoPop, ThermoPen, Smoke, Signals, Billows, InfraRed Gun. . . and i really love the new wireless, but now retired it's just a little to rich for my blood!! keep up the good work1!!

Best fish fry thermometer

This thermometer made my last fish really easy on my Camp Chef burner. The magnet allowed the display to be mounted away from the fry pan and the ThermoWorks silicone probe holder kept the probe perfectly in place. The high and low temp alarms were great for monitoring cooking if the fish. Looking forward to many more cooks ahead.

Absolutely necessary for smoking brisket!

I first discovered this from America’s Test Kitchen made Texas brisket using the Snake Method. I own at least 2-3 myself and have given away quite a few as gifts! It’s not unusual for me to give a Weber Kettle and this thermometer. I just ordered 2 more when I realized that the red and blue ones were cheaper than some of the other colors!
