No.5 Cast Iron Chef Skillet

Love it!

This pan is used often to make 3-4 1/2 straps of bacon, and an egg for my bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches. It's light weight and easy to clean and season.

It is a solid cast iron skillet. It looks like a high quality skillet. But i thought that if i seasoned it per instructions, the food wouldn't stick too much. First time use and subsequent uses were disappointing. Food just stuck to it and had to be scrapped off. Lots of elbow grease to it clear up.
