I am a beginner with making sourdough. This was my first time using a banneton. Thos one is very nice. Since I have bought it, its all I use when I make my bread.

Small but mighty

I love the shape of these bannetons! Narrow and deep makes for a taller loaf. Also the width of the bannetons makes it easier to fit multiple in the refrigerator. After an issue with mold growth (in hindsight I’m pretty sure was a me issue) customer service was awesome and my bannetons were replaced free of charge! Will be purchasing more in the future!

I really love everything about these Bannetons. The size is perfect, the material doesnt hang on to my dough so allows seamless removal into pan. They are slim so my batards can rise up instead of out which makes for beautiful Loaves!!! You won't regret this purchase!
