Ooni Halo Pro Spiral Dough Mixer

Great for bread!

I have only used it for my sourdough sandwich bread but it works great for developing the gluten. I used to have to constantly scrape down my dough in my KitchenAid but no more. The design and breaker bar work perfectly.

I decided to try my hand at sourdough bread baking. After a couple loaves done by hand I was ready to invest in something more substantial. Watched many videos and the Ooni seemed to always come out on top. Mind you I have not baked bread, except a few quick breads, in 60+ years.

Does a fantastic job with dough. I have made loaves and loaves of bread and everyone has turned out above expectations. Awesome tool for the kitchen. It does not replace the versatility of the kitchenaid, but is outstanding with doughs. I keep the two side by side.
