This is a great cooking aid. I haven’t had time to use the meat probe yet or on the BBQ, only the Air Temp. probe that I purchased as an addition, which has helped me to perfect bread proofing & baking (in particular gluten free, which is really hard to master). It helps to get the right oven temp. especially if you have the manual dials on your oven. Great loud alarm on it.
