Built Great, Food Is Unbeatable

I've owned a YS640s for three years or so and bought this as a wedding present for my brother. From my perspective, the YS640s is everything you could want in a pellet grill. The #1 reason: the food. Ribs and pork butt—perfect. Seared steaks and chicken breasts—perfect. Whole chickens, brisket, burgers, and everything else—not only perfect but fun to cook. I haven't even mentioned pizzas... pizzas! So my brother got his grill delivered and within three weeks has three cooks under his belt. Sent me pictures of each one. Short ribs, baby back ribs, pork butt. Said his new in laws were impressed and his two toddlers had sauce all over their faces. Great grill. Highly recommend.

Yoder is amazing. All things bbq has been a miss. Yoder was ordered and they ship the accessories but not the smoker. Had to reach out to them to them after a few weeks. That meant the freight was another few weeks to be delivered. They also didnt get another order right the first time either. Both times said it was their system.

Favorite grill

This is by far the best grill I've owned yet. This is what I replaced my worn out Traeger pellet grill with. I also have a Kamado Joe XL. I have grilled something on it since the day I received it and put it together. We've had wings, leg quarters, brisket, chicken breasts, meatloaf, ribs, etc. They've all been so good. The cook on this grill is excellent. It holds the heat perfectly, and paired with my temp probes, the meat comes out wonderful every time. Well worth the money.
