Perfect Pan Period

This is the perfect pan, period. It is perfect for sauteing, searing, pan-roasting, and frying. It's non-stick and cleans with little to no scrubbing. It's the perfect size for just about everything I make on the stovetop. I love the wooden magnetic trivet, which I've taken to leaving in the center of the dining table because it works so well for everything. I'm so glad I bought this set.

I bought one of these for my son for his birthday as he cooks for a living. I have one and really love it! I'm sure my son will, too.

Everything pan is amazing!

I am a huge fan of cast iron cookware, and this pan is an exceptional addition to the collection: well seasoned, deep, oven-safe (at 350 degrees), and rounded "no-stick" sides. Really happy with it.
