Miyabi Koya 8" Chef's Knife

Bent knife

Knife was shipped bent and unpolished on the tip. A company like Miyabi missing basic quality control is concerning. Do not buy this knife. When I asked cutlery and more to exchange, they said they’re not set up for that and only do returns. I thought that was weird, but whatever. Terrible knife, and strange customer service experience.

Nice Chef Knife

Feels high quality. Very pretty. I like the layers on the handle. I just used it and it’s comfortable and cuts well.

A beautiful piece

I had gotten this as a gift for my girlfriend we are both chefs in a high volume kitchen and this is her first quality chef's knife. She's been really happy with its performance compared to the house knives She's used too. I bought myself a miyabi koh to have a kind of set between the two of us very happy with the results.
