Great knife.
If you can only get one, then get its big brother. That one will do everything, but is not as agile for little things like its little brother.

Excellent knife
Lightweight, eaay to use. The chef's knives don't see the usage they used to. Good point for sharpening is the ~15 degree angle. A few swipes through the trusty A. G. Russell ceramic sharpener keeps it at 15 degrees and very sharp.

Milkstreet knives
This is my fourth knife in the series. I'm very impressed with all of them.
