Uproot Washing Machine Cleaner

The product seems fine, I wouldnt say it worked significantly better or worse than other similat products but no complaints with it. The post-purchase experience is really what knocked off 3 stars. I placed my order on 4/30 paying $4.99 for standrd shipping (3-5 Days). Weeks later my order still had not shipped and on 5/18 I got a shipping delay email. Ultimately I didnt get my order until 6/4 a full 5 weeks after I ordered, after paying for 3-5 day shipping, yikes. Right after I ordered they tried to upsell me via SMS as well, felt pushy abd predatory “text me back in the next 30 minutes” essentially to spend more money when you know you cant ship what I ordered on time.

It did clean the drum of my washing machine. I had to use two instead of one and then wipe it down, but for the most part of it it did a nice job. It did take a long time to come.

This is a great product for people with shedding pets. I use it once a month in my washing machine. Totally cleans the machine and disolves the pet hair. I love it
