I cooked 3 thick rib eyes on my big green egg and for the first time ever they all were cooked to perfection (medium rare) using my new Therm O Works Pen. It couldn't have been easier!! Finally I got something that lived up to what is claimed! Thank You!!

Hard to improve on my old Thermapen but this One does. After many many years my old Thermapen succumbs to old age and could not be repaired. Well this one is actually better in many ways, quicker, even more accurate, rotating display and once I took out one of the magnets in my old silicone sleeve everything worked great.

Awesome, almost instantaneous readings for the temp of an herbal tea I drink every morning as well as replacing my long trained index finger for poking steaks, burgers, and pork tenderloins on the grill. My wife, after 35 years of marriage, now trusts my finger on chicken and pork, proven by the Thermopen! Thank you, for me being able to claim a victory!
