Milk Street 11-Inch Hammered Carbon Steel Skillet

Just arrived 10 minutes ago! I like that instructions on giving the skillet a nonstick finish were included in the package. I am excited to follow those instructions and start using the skillet! Also I trust Milk Street!

It took a while to season the pan, but after about an hour it was ready to use! Looking forward to many years of non stick cooking.

So far so good. It's a nice looking pan. I have not had an opportunity to use it. Will keep you posted!
