It’s phenomenal. I do HVAC and have pulled thousands of vacuums in my time and never have I been able to view the process. I would suggest mentioning to the purchasers of this device that trying to vacuum seal warm liquids is not the proper method. Chill first. Otherwise- it’s fantastic.

Best "gadget" ever

I love my chamber vacuum sealer and what it can do for prepping and storing freezer meals. Im looking forward to my next purchase, the Anova precision cooker, and doing batch cooking for quick last minute meals throughout the fall and winter.

The other day, I tried to use it in bright sun, and I could not see the display. I was kind of nervous at first, but then took it into my dark garage and it came on.
