I ordered 4 cylinder refills; I received 3. I called, and was sent the 4th one that I had already paid for. I didn not receive "an extra" cylinder. I have been ordering refills for years, and this is the first time there was an error. Thank you for taking care of my order so quickly. I mailed my 4 empties back last week.

I am still trying to get over how amazing they are. I bought this item a while ago. It stopped working and I reached out to the company. They did a video chat with me to identify the issue. An issue issued me a new product. Amazing.

?? spare cylinder
Approximately 1 month ago I received a CO2 order (4 cylinders) for which one of the cylinders was empty. After a couple emails to support I was sent a cylinder at no cost to replace that empty one. Now there is another single cylinder, (that I did not order), being sent to me and being charged ~$36 I'm am trying to figure out what is going on? I was happy with the replacement but did not order a spare
