New device - wrong cyclinders - outstanding customer service!
The plastic in my old Sodastream snapped, I love that thing! Use it to death - it's death. . . ran to Kohl's to replace it that same day, but the day prior I had received my standard replacement order of the blue cylinders, I didn't realize the new device only accommodated the pink cylinders. Quick call to the customer service sparkle team and my dilemma was resolved! What a great company, and a great product! Cheers to doing things right in a very wrong world these days!!

Bubble late than never
SodaStream needs to do a better job if flagging on its website that have an option of purchasing one of two types of canisters depending on what type of pump you own. I mistakenly bought the wrong model and was not able to use the bubbles and had to drop them off at a local store that carries SodaStream products, time-consuming process that was totally unnecessary. Fortunately Sidastream sent me the correct model free of charge but imagine how costly this must be to the Company’s bottom line!

The recurring deliver has been great for over 2 years. Just recently the delivery was stuck in UPS and I had a hard time contacting customer service at soda stream
