This is my second knife from Milkstreet. The flat, uncurved blade makes quick work of garlic and ginger thin slicing and fine dicing. Purpose-made and the finedt workmanship. Highly recommended!

OK
I am a bit disappointed with this purchase. It's bigger than I thought and seems made for a bigger person. As a paring knife, it is more cumbersome than I imagined. The blade is also thicker than I imagined.

Small
It's a lot smaller than I thought it was. More the size of a paring knife but because the blade comes down below the handle at the handle I can't use it as a paring knife. And it's pretty small to be using as a chopping knife. I wish I had not ordered it.
