Great addition

The grill grates work great for burgers and steaks. I love being able to smoke and grill with the same system. The grates are heavy duty and heat up evenly.

Simply Wonderful for Meats

This are great for steak and chicken; and probably other meats. I've had no problem with food sticking. The flat side can be used for giving steak a different crust.

YS640 Grill and Grillgrate

I haven't used the grill or the grates as I'm waiting for my rotisserie to arrive so I can install it without the smoke and grease seasoning. On another note, my grill arrived with the 10 inch wheel brackets on both stationary wheels bent in the same direction as if the pallet was stopped abruptly and the weight of the grill being top heavy pushed the grill over center. These are rugged wheels and brackets so it took some doing. Still trying to figure out best way to fix this as grill rolls hard.
