From quick pickles to sous vide prep, not to mention pre-freeze packaging. It works with little effort and no mess. If you have the counterspace, it is an awesome kitchen add. If you don't have the counter space, I would make room for it.

Good vacuum chamber sealer

I really like mine! It has a range of uses and I like how it can seal liquids. With my other sealer I would have to freeze the food in the bag and then finish sealing it.

Love This machine

Bought it a few weeks back and have used it quite a bit. Did vacuum seal meal preps for crockpot, pressure cooker, and sous vide. Pickled some red onions was easy to do. Watching a few videos and plan to do some infusions.
