Liner for the banneton

Nice. Easy to wash. I had wash it and hang to dry. The other day I machine washed and dried. I thought I shrunk it. I didn't. It fit perfectly.

Perfect for the batard banneton

The liner fits the batard shaped banneton perfectly. I used it for overnight proofing and with a light dusting of flour had no issue at all turning the dough out of the shape. The material feels very natural and sturdy, I’m sure I’ll have a great many use of it.

I have always used a liner with my Banneton. This liner is easy to clean and fits perfectly. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
