Premium Banneton Cover

Very good quality linen. Fits perfectly and keeps the dough well in the fridge for 2 days. Love this item!

Nice quality, but when my dough rises, the cover is just a tad too small to accommodate.

The quality of the covers is great, but like a previous review said, the size is too large. I have their round medium baskets and it doesn't create a seal at all so the dough gets a little dried up. Kind of disappointed since these were more expensive than other covers I could have bought.
