Amazing product
I just got into sourdough bread making. I had some other Benton’s that required a cloth. Insert they were messy and hard to use and definitely hard to clean the Brod and Taylor bat-ton does not require an insert and cleanup is very easy. I threw away my other proofing baskets.

Well made and durable
The shape of this banneton is perfect for my loaf sourdough bread. It cleans easily and holds its shape. I highly recommend products made by this company; they claim to be small but their customer service is extraordinary!

Love this
Made sourdough with inclusions. It balanced out the extra moisture. It was easy to clean and dried quickly for next usage.
