Skeptical at first…
I never really thought I needed this device, but it makes daily sourdough starter maintenance so much easier. I never have to worry about the room or water temp, really.
Additionally, customer service is 11/10.

Healthy starter
My starter has become a lot stronger and healthier now that it has a stable consistent temperature. I didn't realize how nice it would be to feed my starter and leave it for a few days. When I go to use it, its bubbly and strong. I used to have to feed every 24 hrs and it would get a little acidic. I love the versatility of temperatures. It was more than I wanted to spend, but I do enjoy using it.

Perfect accessory
I’m loving this sourdough accessory. The convenience of keeping my starter in this little fridge, dedicated just for it, and keeping it cool until I need it. And if I do want to hurry it up so I can use it quicker, I just have to adjust the temperature. Extremely easy to use and extremely convenient.
