Sourhouse Starter Jars (Pint or Quart)

Nice cylindrical shape and plastic lid. Only quibbles are i bought two of the larger jars and they arent the same weight for calcilating accurate difference of starter witgout keeping track of which is which and adding/subtracting, and high price.

I love my new starter jar from sourhouse. The straight walls make it easier to transfer my starter and to clean. But my favorite part is the silicone lid. Easier clean up and it won’t rust like some mason jar caps.
