Great product
They are a bit wider then the regular bannetons
So it consumes more room in the fridge
It does breath better, resulting in a better loaf.

The wood pulp proofing baskets work better than some of the other types I have used. They are easy to maintain and look like new after drying in the oven. I added some rice flour and without an additional liner, the dough doesn't stick to them while fermenting.

I have only used the proofing basket twice but I really like the way my bread proofs. I rubbed rice flour into the basket before my first use and only had to lightly dust the second time I used the basket. I had no problems sticking and I love the circular pattern left by the flour. Highly recommended.
