I love this baking mat! I’ve been using it under my sourdough loaves, and it’s made such a difference. The bottoms no longer get too dark, and the heat distribution is super even. It’s high-quality, easy to clean, and has definitely earned a permanent spot in my baking setup. Highly recommend for any home or micro baker!
