Now that I’ve had a chance to use it I gave it 5 stars. Well made and durable. I also like the long handle it gives leverage with stiff/sticky doughs. All in all well worth the price and it’s American made !

Dough hook

Great addition to my sourdough arsenal. The strength and quality are very impressive. Using this hook makes cleanup a breeze. I previously was concerned about the amount of dough that would stick to my hands. Not any more. Not only is the dough incredibly efficient, it's quite beautiful. The craftsmanship is wonderful.
