Very sturdy
This is the best spatula for mixing and scooping out starter and levain. The long handle is perfect for tall jars and really sturdy. I’ve broken other silicone spatulas in half due to stiff starters. Best design for sourdough bakers

Little wonder!
I was a little skeptical because I guess I might be hard yo please...but this spatula works so well. Fits my hand, love the round handle and how it can scrape the sides. Just a perfect starter spatula, going to get another for my daughter ❤️

Perfect for even the small sourdough starter jar
I’ve tried many spatulas through the years, and had found one I liked, because, as it turns out, it was very similar to this one. What this means is that you can get this one and save yourself the search! I even like the color because it is distinct so I know at a glance what I’m grabbing.
