Heritage White Flour

It's Different!

I'm not really sure. Since using the bad stuff from the grocery store for so many years, it is taking a minute to see how to use this flour since it is much finer than store bought stuff. I just made bread today and it is almost as if I have to switch up my recipe to account for the texture of this new white flour.

This flour is superb! Its so silky and clean. Easy to work with! I have made pancakes, bagels, cookies, sandwich bread, and banana bread with it so far! It doesnt bother my stomach like other flour!

Sourdough bread is amazing!

This flour has made my sourdough bread even more light and the crust so easy to cut, while still remaining crisp. I am excited to purchase the next bags!
