I make loaves of just this bread flour, salt, instant yeast, and water. I try to be as simple and basic as possible so I can toss things together quickly. My kids, who only like wonder bread, have no problems eating this and my husband said “it just tastes like bread” which is honestly the biggest compliment possible. I’ll never stop using this flour!
