Perfection
This banneton is perfection as is great size, quality in design. I have a wood pulp banneton by another company and it’s far inferior to this one. Using this new sugarcane one has elevated my sourdough baking in a wonderful way. Thanks B&T!!

My favorite
This is great because it’s the perfect size for my 900 gram loaf plus it’s so thin that I can stack easily and save space. These are my absolute favorites!! Love them! I have 4 and want more.
