Banneton (Batard) Set of 2

Worth it!

I'm fairly new to sourdough. I purchased some cheaper bannetons from Amazon. I didn't know the difference until I purchased these. Broad &Taylor absorb the moisture so much better, they hold your banneton shape well. I will be purchasing more as they are worth it!

Best batard banneton ever!

By far the best batard banneton I have purchased and used. I will be buying more for my micro bakery. They support the rise of my bread during cold fermentation and stack nicely for storage.

Love how this banneton helps shape my sourdough bread and helped me get a better loaf of bread. I also love how they stack when I am not using them. This is the second set I have purchased and would buy more if I needed more.
