I used this flour for the first time and hands down the best rolls I have ever made. I will be a forever customer. There is nothing like it and I have been baking for decades.

Great to find 00 Italian Flour, all kinds

It was wonderful to be able to get this flour for pizzas and the best Southern biscuits- yes really! I haven’t tried all of the different “brands” yet, but I may. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

Perfect for Bread

I love this flour! After trying to make bread from several different brands of all purpose and bread flours, I found this through a Facebook ad. I’m so glad I took the chance because the difference is night and day.
