Flour to make Pizza Dough!

My husband and I were recently in Italy for a pilgrimage and loved the pizza in Rome. I looked for some Italian flour and came across Caputo and recipes!! I bought some and tried making homemade pizza crust from your flour and recipe.Tasted just like the pizza in Italy that we had. SO DELICIOUS!! I have made pizza more in the past couple of months than I have in my entire life. So Good!

EXCELLENT Baking with Caputo Chef's Tipo 00 Flour

I make the majority of all of our baked goods ie: breads, tortilla's, pizza dough's and cookies!! Caputo Flour is the best flour I've ever used. I've been using it for 2 years now. I rate it #1 in my Cuchina! I appreciate the history and milling methods they use. The flour is always consistent and easy to work with. The taste, texture, chew, crumb - crust structure is delicious! I also use organic flours from Bob's Red Mill and King Arthur which I enjoy as well but my #1 flour remains Caputo Chef's Italian Flour. Another big plus is that my family does not experience any indigestion problems with Caputo Flour. P.S. Excellent packing and shipping from Brick Oven Baker. It always ships in a timely manner and they pack the flour nice and neat in plastic bags that never leak any flour. The price of this bread is very reasonable and worth it! I always order 10 or more loaves at a time and get free shipping too! Grazie!
