Baking Steel® Original — 1/4" Thick Pizza Steel

I made the 72 hour dough using the mix & baked it on my steel. It was the best pizza I’ve ever made! Then, I tried the white pizza recipe from the baking steel website. Delicious! We all agreed that I should make it again. The dough was easy to stretch and didn’t stick to the peel. Excellent products & great recipe!

I don’t dislike the product but i do dislike the company …!!!! Purchased the product but didnt read the carriage charge which was £60..! Emailed the company immediately after the purchase requesting a cancellation and a refund. I emailed a further 4 times requesting a refund and i also tried to contact them via X with no response. One email where i questioned the offer of free delivery and explained i didn’t want the to pay the £60 delivery charge and would they cancel the order. I actually got a response stating that free delivery is for the U.S only and they hope i enjoyed my day. Still no response to cancel the delivery on the same email. Finally when i got the product i asked about a returns policy and was told they don’t accept international returns…. So very frustrating company to deal with and i would highly recommend staying clear of them !

With my first use of this product, the results were 100% better than with a baking stone. Over numerous years I have tried making pizzas and never had better results. I would highly recommend this product.
