Baking Steel Bracelet Cooling Rack (5-pk)

Made a boule of pumpernickel as soon as I knew the bands would be here. Seemed to work pretty well, but I lost one of the three I put in under the loaf. Searched the oven with racks out. Peered under the oven with a flashlight. Looked under the kitchen island. No luck. They seemed to work but if I lose one with every bake, I’ll need to keep buying them! Is this a marketing ploy, Andris? ;-)

As a novice sourdough bread baker, burnt bottom crusts are disappointing. So glad I discovered these......game changer.

Easy to use and makes bottom crust of bread so much better.
