50 x NY-Style Dough Balls

This is my second order and they always arrive on time, perfectly packaged and ready to use.If you're havinga party it's a no brainer that having these in hand makes it a lot easier than preparing the dough yourself.I just keep them in the freezer and grab a couple that morning and by Midday I've got pizza dough ready to go.

For frozen dough, this is an excellent product. The moisture and stretch of the dough ball after proving/thawing is great. And the flavor is on par with my local pizza joints who make the "real deal" with a NY crust. Bravo!

The dough arrived frozen, but thawed perfectly and turned out great. Easy to work with, stretched nicely, and made an excellent NY-style crust with the perfect chew and crispness. Definitely would order again!
