Super crispy crust! Worked as advertised. I wish I could get my oven to get even hotter :) I've followed his social media posts and instructions and they've worked a treat. My family LOVES when we make pizza at home now!

The dough steel is phenomenal. The dough calculator is spot on and easy to make because the ingredients are called out in grams instead of measuring cups. All around incredible pizza from home oven.

Purchased this for my husband’s birthday and he loves it! We have made pizza 3 days in a row and he loves this steel. Easy to use and cleaning & seasoning instructions are very clear. Purchasing a second for my sister in law!
