Great!
Perfect for Detroit style pizza. Quantity is so large I froze 2/3 of it. Hopefully it will still be excellent after thawing.

Terrific!
My go to mail order Brick Cheese for making Detroit style pizza at home. It has just enough tangy flavor or without being overpowering for pizza applications. I also use it in my antipasto salad.
