25 x NY-Style Dough Balls

I have been making my own dough for some time for my wood fired pizza oven. Everyone that comes over wants me to open a restaurant but it’s a lot of work and planning to prepare as I haven’t figured out the dough to freeze. This dough comes and defrost and if you let defrost on your fridge for 2-3 days it’s perfect for ny style pizza. This stuff is great and easy to pull as quick as a day before or better 3 days before and go. I will buy again, it’s a little pricey but if they can deliver another batch like this first batch than I will buy atleast another round. Just saves me time and effort for now

These dough balls are fantastic to keep in the freezer, especially while I'm still learning and perfecting my own dough recipe for my Gozney pizza oven. My routine: move them from the freezer to a proofing tray in the fridge overnight, then bring them to room temperature for a few hours before cooking. Perfect results and an incredible crust every time!

As a NY’er living in Florida, I really needed this! The dough comes out so good and authentic for the perfect mini pizza’s. So worth it to have these always stocked in your freezer!
