The Skinny Griddle

I am using this on top of an outdoor gas grill. If you want to make things you can’t on a traditional grill, like real smash burgers, pizza, or anything else requiring a griddle versus grates, this is an excellent option.

The Skinny Griddle is amazing. I’m making fantastic smash burgers on the griddle side, and can make two small pizzas on the stone side. I was using a cast iron pan for smash burgers, and a pizza stone for pizzas. This one piece outperforms both of those, giving far better results. It fits perfectly on my glass top electric range.
