Anova Precision™ Oven 2.0

4/5 only because I just got it. But overall Easy setup. Thankfully, FedEx delivered the heavy box without much fanfare. It arrived safe and sound. Initial cleanup network connection and phone app just as easy testing our first chicken breast cook with steam and finishing with a broiler… Looking forward to good results. This unit replaces my Gen3 Junoven, which lost its source server connection becoming a dead brick on my countertop

One gasket away away from perfect.

Fantastic machine in performance and convenience. Can't say enough about performance. But the seal/spring for water tank was insufficient and leaked from right out of the box. After an hour of fiddling and ultimately replacing the spring with one just a slight bit heavier, leak stopped and good to go!

Anova precision oven v2 - from great to even greater

Had version 1 for four years, used almost daily, and loved it. Recently upgraded to version 2, and even better! Control panel is a major improvement, as are the bottom heating element, fold away top element (for cleaning) and camera. Highly recommend!
