The 16" Pizza Peel – Cherry Wood

The pizza peel worked wonderfully. I put a little bit of semolina on it when I stretched the dough and the pizza went into the oven easily. It also a gorgeous piece of wood that looks great in my kitchen. I was always hesitant to buy a peel because I didn’t know where to store it. Thanks to Andris and one of the pizza videos, I realized Ican store it on edge on the kitchen counter.

Beautiful board. Large size for larger pizzas. The pizza dough slides off easily if you use a thin layer of flour or semolina. I love it!

Best purchase ever!!!! Wish we didn’t wait so long to invest in one.
