The Baking Steel Griddle

It came with shipping foam melted and stuck on 1/3 of the griddle. Impossible to remove. Seasoned it as instructed 3x before use and everything stuck to the griddle. Not impressed, especially for the price. We will try to keep seasoning it, but if everything sticks that bad - it's not worth the hassle or losing half your burger to the griddle.

This is my third baking steel, I have 3 different sizes and they are all amazing. I’ve given them as gifts and I use them a few times a week. Excellent additions to my kitchen and grill.

I bought my baking steel mainly for the sole purpose of using it as a griddle. Tho I do like the griddle, I’m so disappointed in its lack of grease catching. When I’m finished with my grilling, my stove is so full of grease it almost covers the entire area around my burners. It’s such a mess to clean up. I would not purchase this again. I’m sorry, but it’s just a real disappointment and I don’t look forward to using it.
