Great!
It is good, the saltiness is not too overpowering, even in an 8-oz running bottle! The raspberry seems the best, and great with some maple syrup added for cals.

My go to Drink on long runs
I mix these with 32oz of water which is just the right saltiness for me. I feel LMNT works best for me when I’m out for 90 mins or longer and it truly keeps me hydrated better than other “big name” drinks I’ve used in the past. Definitely recommend the variety packs to change up the flavor.

Better than expected
This was my first time drinking LMNT. I had the watermelon flavor mixed with water. I drank it on a hot day after moderate exercise.
Great! The powder mixed very well, dissolving into the water and not gathering at the bottom of the bottle. The flavor was unique, not overly sweet but still appealing like summer fruit. The watermelon was there, lightly, and not too fake. It was easy to drink the entire serving. It was especially good over ice.
Another day I tried it when I was not hot and had not exercised. In that scenario, it tasted a bit salty almost. Slightly slippery or slimy if that makes sense... And so I did not finish the entire serving that day. Which is fine because I guess that means this is seriously giving you electrolytes and sodium you lose during exercise.
I will buy it again in the future and save it for my heavier workouts.
