I got these on recommendation from my endurance trainer. Really a great choice if you don’t care for having sweet flavors in your gels and just want no nonsense quality ingredients. They are easy on your stomach when you don’t want to eat during exercise but you know you have to.

I usually make my own 1:0.8 gel. But if I don’t have time or space is a premium like a fast 50k with no vest? It’s Maurten 160 gel every time.
