Great product
I love this product. I use it before every run and it always delivers. It was nice that you came out with a new flavor, but lemon lime is still my favorite. There’s way more flavor in the lemon lime.

Hydrating
G1M Sport+ and the G1M gels are non negotiables for me before every training run and event. I live in TX and temperatures run hot here. The gels go down easy and stay down the longer I go and hotter I get. I take scoops of the sport+ amd also another scoop in my hand held hydration system. Keeps me fuled and hydrated so I can perform at my best.

Taste Great & Fuels My Training
I tried the product for a month. It tastes great like a lemon lime Gatorade. I usually train fasted on both run and strength days with one scoop of G1M Sport+. I love that this product is NSF Certified so my mind is at ease when using the product. The only dislike would be sometimes the powder clumps up when mixed in a bottle with water but I honestly do not mind.
