great flavor
I love the lemon flavor; it is a nice change from the unflavored creatine that I typically slam to just get it over with. The single servings are also super convenient for traveling.

Great buy!
This is the best creatine I've used. It dissolves quickly and is tasteless. I've noticed a difference in my recovery when I don't use it- I'm more sore and fatigued. This seems to support my muscles after a heavy lift or run.
