First time thoughts
Not sure why its flavored I couldn't taste the flavoring. It was the flavor tropical. I had less fatigue in 92°f with high humidity so I think it helped me stay hydrated I will continue to test it i got 2 of each flavor.

Love it.
Typically after a midday run I get home, shower and take a nap for 30 mins to an hour. First day and every day since taking I finish my run and have energy for chores. Runs are easier and easy on the stomach. Have done 8, 12 and an 18 mile runs in the heat and humidity of the Carolinas. Tastes nice too.

Favorite
Endurance Fuel is quickly becoming one of my favorite go to pre-run as well as during a longer run. Zero stomach issues and all the flavors are awesome.
