Have used whey protein for years. Shifted from morning to post workout. Momentous has been my go to for over a year primarily because of its high testing standards. I’m a 67 year old male who does heavy resistance training and VO2 max cardio.

Probably the best Whey isolate protein out there for quality, taste, and digestability. I ordered the 10-pkg pouches to test prior, then ordered several of these afterwards.

Increase in muscle definition

I'm 70 years old and exercise aggressively three times a week. I had been using another manufacturers' plant-based protein. Since using the Whey Protein Isolate I've noticed an increase in muscle definition. Not much of an increase (I'm 70), but still a noticeable increase.
