Not a better electrolyte supplement out there. Not salty tasting at all. Just great taste and incredible ingredients. Orange cranberry is my favortie followed by peach mango.

An amazing product I’ve noticed it changed immediately by taking this. Their flavors are excellent and dehydration really works. It’s on my list to use every day sometimes three times a day.

I drink a dose of this once or twice a day and I don't get Keto flu symptoms like I do if I don't drink electrolytes. I was drinking a lot of gaterade before and that has a lot of artificial stuff in it. This is more natural. It mixes well.
