I have just started taking chews on my longer rides and appreciate how easy these go down. They chews up quickly and goes down easily!

Love these for short & long rides

I have been using GU energy chews for several years now as a source of energy during my mountain bike rides. Sometimes I’ll go thru 2-3 bags of chews if the ride is a long one. I love the texture as it’s like eating a gummy bear! All the flavors are really good, my favorite is the salted lime but also really enjoy the watermelon, and strawberry. I really love these because it has carbs, amino acids and electrolytes!! Must have in my bag or packet for any length of mountain bike ride!
