No mess
I like the chews because they are easy on the stomach and I feel like they require less water than a gel. They also give you the sensation of eating real food/gummies and taste really good. They are mess free even though they can be a little sticky in hot water.

Great Product
It was my first time trying something like this and I enjoyed them. There are a lot of gummies in each packet and they are great.
