Ketone-IQ No Caffeine Shot Variety

I like the convenience of the shot and it does seem to give me a little pep to my step. But it is an acquired taste. The more I drink them the easier it is. But the first time you take it it’s a little gagging. But it does seem to give me a little more focus and I am drinking them easier, especially before I work out and then in the afternoon when I am overloaded with work. I drink some and it helps me focus.

It took me a long time to get used to the taste. I don’t notice a difference in my performance though. It’s not for my body I guess.
